The deadline for abstract submission is Sunday, March 26, 2023, 11:59 PM.
After that time the submission system will automatically close and no additional submissions will be accepted.
Each abstract should follow the specified format based on its type:
• Original Research or
• Case Report / Clinical Vignette / Clinical Video

Instructions for all submissions
• Abstract should NOT include the patient's name, medical record number, or any other information that could be used to identify the patient.
• Abstracts for research projects involving human subjects without IRB approval will not be accepted. The committee has the right to request proof of IRB approval before accepting the abstract.
• The limit for the whole abstract (all required sections) is 3,000 characters (including spaces).
• The online submission can only take plain text. You cannot submit images, graphs, or tables.
• Multiple submissions from an author are welcome. Each abstract should be submitted separately.
• All abstracts submitted will be reviewed by the Hackensack Meridian Health Resident/Fellow Research Day Steering Committee and their authors will be notified for the committee's decision no later than May 1, 2023.
Accepted abtracts will be presented on Resident/Fellow Research Day 2023 taking place on May 23, 2023.
